Zess Deluxe: Made with a Whacka Bump (found on first screen of Keelhaul Key by whacking Whacka) and a Golden Leaf (Found by slipping through a crack in the gate and hitting the tree on the Northern exterior "hallway" in Creepy Steeple). To find the cookbook, it is located in Creepy Steeple in a hidden room from the main room where you'll have to use tube mode to find it. If you don't have the cookbook yet, do Zess T's trouble.
